NWRHCC Assistance Request Process

  • Exercises & Drills

    Assistance with planning and preparing for an exercise, drill, or tabletop with the most up to date evidence based practice guidelines.

  • Policies and Procedures

    Assistance with drafting or reviewing organizational policies and procedures to ensure information is up to date with evidence based practice guidelines.

  • Organization Plans

    Assistance drafting or reviewing organization plans such as your Continuity of Operations Plan to ensure information is up to date with evidence based practice guidelines.

The Northwest Regional Healthcare Coalition is committed to supporting our partners in strengthening healthcare preparedness and response capabilities. To streamline requests for assistance, we have implemented a formal NWRHCC Assistance Request Form.

This form should be used to request coalition support for:
  • Exercise and drill planning and assistance (minimum 4 weeks' notice required)
  • Development or review of policies, plans, and procedures (minimum 2 weeks' notice required)
  • Other preparedness and response needs
This request process is separate from the NWRHCC Activation Request, which should only be used to coordinate a collaborative response to significant public health emergencies or disasters.

Once your request has been received, a member of our coalition leadership will contact you to coordinate a plan.
