Eligibility - Reside within one of the ten Northwest Region counties

Complete your Profile - By completing the membership profile, you are agreeing to represent our organization as a member of the Northwest Region HCC. As a member of the coalition at least one representative from each organization is required to attend, at a minimum, two quarterly meetings each year in order to be considered an active member in “good standing.” The information provided will also be used to aid in the response to a real event.

Review Process - Our dedicated staff will review your profile and contact you with any questions.

Welcome! - Once your membership profile has been approved, you will be welcomed into the coalition.
